A 1X chainring replaces the traditional two chainrings on the crankset, with one single chainring. Our 1X chainrings are made in partnership with cSixx and are engineered to be aero and stiff, while offering excellent chain retention and smooth running in the maximum number of gears.

The Quarq D4 spider was originally designed for compatibility with Shimano 9100 chainrings. Our Quarq D4 chainrings (1x and 2x) are only compatible with Quarq D4 spiders, and use the Shimano 9100 chainring caps

For 1x solutions on the Quarq D4 spider, the 4x110 BCD backing plate is required (NOT the Shimano backing plate)

11 and 12 speed compatibility, including SRAM Flattop and SRAM T-Top

Above a 56t chainring size, the following frames require a zero offset chainring: Specialized Shiv TT Disc, Specialized Shiv Tri Disc, Factor Slick, Factor Hanzo, BMC Timemacine TM01

The following bikes have been confirmed for fitment up to a 62t chainring size, with a 2.5 mm offset: Trek Speed Concept SLR, Canyon Speedmax CF SLX and CFR, Pinarello Bolide F
