Triathlon Skills and Drills:
Virtual Training Day with Tim Don and Matt Bottrill Autumn 2020 date TBC
Virtual Triathlon Training Day
Tim Don and Matt Bottrill have been working together as coach and athlete since 2016. Within this time Tim has won multiple 70.3 and Ironman events including the Ironman World Record title in 2017.
We wanted to give an insight into our coach and athlete approach to improving your overall performance. We thought now is a great time to offer to other athletes an opportunity to see some of the processes we go through to achieve the results.
This is not a training plan; it is a virtual day via Zoom where we discuss the 3 disciplines and help you become a more efficient athlete yourself. Interaction through zoom for Q&As and a Zwift bike session for you to take part in. It’s all about optimising your speed, power and aerodynamics.
The first day will be on Saturday 27th June 2020
By booking your place, you confirm that you have taken the necessary steps to confirm your suitability to participate in the training day. You also confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise, and understand that your participation involves a risk of injury. Matt Bottrill Performance Coaching accepts no liability for any such injury, howsoever sustained.
